The Thirteenth Floor Tattoo 18+ Only

  • We specialize in fully custom tattooing.

  • Every session is structured to give you focused, professional, one-on-one attention.

Step 1:

Custom Tattoo Session Pricing

 

  • Our shop minimum is $400 per person for custom tattoos, and cannot be split.

  • This ensures dedicated time, proper sterile setup, and the highest quality experience for each client.

Session Options:


• 1 Hour – $400
• 2 Hours – $800
• 4-6 Hours – $1,500
• 8-10 Hours – $2,500

*If your tattoo is not completed during your scheduled session, additional time may be added at $400/hour (if available) or a new session will be scheduled.

*Cover-up tattoos (if approved) are subject to a higher rate due to the advanced layering, color packing, and precision required to properly conceal existing work.

Step 2:

Book Your Appointment​

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time.

  • Deposits protect the artist’s schedule and ensure serious bookings.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Your appointment is officially confirmed once the deposit is received.

Step 3:

Studio Policies & Arrival​

 

Client Only – No Guests
Extra people create distractions and compromise focus during a permanent procedure. This allows the artist to give you full attention and maintain a sterile, professional environment.

No Children
This is a procedure-based studio environment and not suitable for minors.

 

Arrive Early
The clock begins at your scheduled time. Arriving early allows proper consultation and preparation without cutting into tattoo time.

 

15-Minute Late Policy
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. This protects the next client’s scheduled time.

 

Valid ID Required
All clients must be 18+ and provide identification for consent forms.

Step 4:

What Happens During Your Session

 

Your session is structured in phases to ensure the best result.

Phase 1: Consultation & Custom Design

  • The first part of your session is your consultation.

  • During this time, we discuss your concept, review references, and design your tattoo with you present.

  • Your input is part of the creative process to ensure alignment before proceeding.

  • Design time is included in your booked session.

 

Phase 2: Sizing & Placement

Once finalized, the design is printed in multiple sizes.
We determine the appropriate size based on body placement, flow, and proportion to ensure the tattoo complements your anatomy correctly.

 

Phase 3: Stencil Creation & Application

A stencil is created and carefully applied to the skin.
Placement is reviewed and adjusted if needed to guarantee accuracy before tattooing begins.

 

Phase 4: Tattooing

Once everything is approved, the tattoo process begins.
All procedures are performed in a sterile, professional environment.
